iOS Question Problem with upload appstore

uploading to App Store

I have Created Appel user name is " [email protected]" and password is "****1984"
let me know what is the problem

You cannot upload an app with your Main apple password, you need an app specific password. There are plenty of guides online on how to do this.

My app specific password is four groups of 4 letters separated by dashes e.g. xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

this does not look like an app specific password.
