I need to vertically project an app that runs vertically, that is, the TV flipped vertically and full screen. I have tried several options but it is projected horizontally. That is to say that the TV is shown as a giant cell phone. Can someone please help me with something? Thanks!

Of course, my app for convenience runs vertically and is very good, the problem is that I would like to turn the TV from its natural position to vertical so that when projecting my app it looks like a giant cell phone.

What I want is the photo but from the cell phone directly (without PC)

You can load the layout into a panel and then rotate the panel:
