I would like to suggest 2 features which (I hope should not be so hard to implement).

1. Setup ProjectDefault Folder (so when I create a new Project it will ask me to save it under DefaultFolder or below)
2. When I OpenProject, then want to open a Layout the Designer will know the location of the project and will popup the window with that project default folder.
Another words make a ProjectFolder and LayoutFolder common.
This will limit additional clicking and wondering where my Layout files are. Perhaps each Project could have its own INI file to store this type of settings, so it could be easily manipulated.
