Pakai Server Starter template is now separated as it's own repository and it is called Pakai Casual.

Pakai server is still Pakai server. Difference is what libraries are added to it.
If you don't want to use MiniHtml and MiniORM, take a look at Pakai Casual. You may find it more comfortable with the old school way.
