Wish Provide link to open the Extra Libraries folder in Libraries Manager

Whenever I need to import a new library, I find myself hunting for the location of the Extra Libraries.
I usually end up by viewing the "Configure Paths" option then pasting the result into a command line.

Please could we have a button on the Libraries Manager view that would directly open up the folder containing the Extra Libraries.

Perhaps even a button "Import New Library", that would be great!
