Android Question Purchase signature verification (V3)

Hi All

I am getting this error when I attempt to perform a purchase

Purchase signature verification FAILED for sku crd_1000
Signature verification failed for Product ID crd_1000 (response: -1003:Purchase signature verification failed)

• The App published as a Beta release
• I confirmed that a test account is in use and configured properly
• The product is correct based on the inventory returned
• The license key copied from the console and does match
• I tried clearing Google Play data (just in case, based on some articles on stackoverflow)
• I tried unpublishing the app and republishing again

Still getting the same error.
Any ideas?
