Android Question Push Notification Permission Prompt on B4A App Install

I have B4A app with push notification from fire base, but the problem when a new user installs the app for the first time, he is not asked to allow push notification, the app is working fine with the push notification, but some users do not receive the notification because the push notification is not allowed. I need a way to show the users a message to allow the push notification.
