Hello everyone. Can someone in here refresh my memory about file date modified property with Windows, Mac and Linux system. The question is date modified property can only be changed when the data of the file has been changed? Also, from what I read changing file name have no effect with the date modified property. This applies to all operating system?
Officers are equipped video cam nowadays. While video recording is in progress till it is ended the date modified property of video file should have a date and time stamp at the day when the video recording has ended. Does anyone in here disagree with me?
