Question about publishing m3u playlist

This web has a huge load of playlist Github. Can i publish app based on their playlist and my app provides the url?

I have noticed most IPTV apps have users input the URL. Is it illegal if developer provides the url?

You can do it, but why risk it in case the link is broken? GitHub is open source I think... If I were you I would download it and add it in Files (assets). Please though, take under notice, that this is my opinion. You must check the terms of GitHub license agreement. There is also the issue of intellectual property. You might want to double check.

You won't have a problem, since they are links to other playback link servers.
