iOS Question [Solved] Question about test subscription

I'm following this instructions, but I get stuck in this:
2. You need to create an explicit App Id (without wildcards) and download a new provision file

I did this, but when I compile the app I get this error:
Store provision profile can only be used in Release compilation.

How can I get the subscription that I register in the console and test in the app?

Create Adhoc provision profile for testing.

the store provision is just for uploading to the store

Thanks. I think that I understand now.
I need to create 2 differents profiles to the same app: one to ad hoc and other to the app store.
