question about the sdcard

is there anyway to mount or dismount the sdcard? and what library should i use? thanks

my problem regarding the shell commands is that, my phone should be rooted, and with my study, i should not take part in that such process but still give me a ccess on performing mount or unmount. (

Have you tested the phone shell commands?

Or have you downloaded a terminal app and tested
any of the commands to see ?
