quick simplevquestion regarding a large photo

I know this is a simple and noob question but i have 1 long photo that is Height:1500 x Width 600. And I would like to have it on my app but be able to scroll up and down the picture.

Also an interesting idea would be to chop up the picture into smaller chunks and use a listview!
