I am writing this topic just to let you know there are certain devices which have random IMEIs all the time. I was not aware of this, you may be.
I am now testing with my Next7 low-cost tablet. Here are the logs from my server:

It seems my tablet generates random values for the last three digits.
This fills my logs dramatically.
