re install Basic 4 android

I have had to reset my laptop to its factory defaults. How do I go about downloading and re installing the paid for version of B4A?

You should have an email (or several, depending on how long ago you bought it) from [email protected] with the download link and the login.

I found the email, it has the username and password to use when installing. I have reinstalled and am being asked for the email address I used when purchasing the software but it wont accept the email address.:sign0085:
