How is it possible to read some value from text file *.txt?

Oh, I have one more related question - How can I open file which exists in another folder?

E.g.: "C:\Documents and Settings\MyFolder\Data.txt?"

I could not describe the path as File's Name, the compilator still searches it at initial folder - where the program file .exe is.

Just pass the full path like, you wrote above, as the filename.
