Remote software

Hi Folks,

my question is a little bit off topic...
Sometimes I have to help the persons using my app. Therefore I´m looking for a remote software similar to Teamviewer. I know the Teamviewer app for Android but I don´t like it very much.
Are the any (free) alternatives?

Any suggestions are welcome.
