B4J Question reprogram an existing website with b4j

There are tutorials on how to start with ABM and BaNano.
Like anything else with new frameworks, they require work on your behalf to learn these... (really not that hard).

Because I am lazy and mostly stupid about CSS, I don't fight against what has been supplied in ABM. Good enough for me....
I could not, or want not to take an existing CSS and ABM it - whatever that would require....

An example from what - to what (in code or pics) may help....
