Hello,
I am frustrated by the absence of a "save as" in the basic4android IDE. It was proposed to copy the project directory with explorer. However, the .b4a file name will be the same and we finally end up with "hundreds" of file versions all with the same name.... To later pick out a specific version becomes more than teditious.
Similarly the absence of "save as" makes it unhandy to produce a new app based on an existing one. Of course, I can open a new project, paste the existing code, save it (will be prompted for a new name etc., fine) and then with explorer, copy the additional files into the new directory. A more convenient method is implemented for example in the "quickfield" windows application. There we have the option to generate a new project based on a previous one, and care is taken to include the additional files into the new project.
It would be nice to have these or similar features incorporated in basic4android.
