i have a solution that sends text messages according to the user's choice
i support SMS
now i support WhatsApp & WhatsApp W4B
i now need a way to send a text message using telegram (from the user's device)
i can identify if it is installed and then to offer the telegram as an option
i have the target's phone number and the text to be sent
i don't want to use a bot or any external service - it has to go directly from the user's phone
any one can help?
