Share My Creation Shapus

One of my first puzzle game apps created with the great Basic4Android.

It's on Google Play here... Shapus

The game has full music and sounds effects along with animated graphics.

Try to create the pattern in the main playfield by changing the colors of the tiles to match the small tile field shown to you at the top left of the screen. Just tap a tile to change it's color but... you cannot tap the same tile twice in a row.

You get 5 shapes/patterns to match per level. Each new level adds a new color to the mix on the play field. After a few levels, you will then start having to match more and more different colors.

Try it out and let me know what else would be cool for this game. I'm open for any new input :sign0089:

Very nice. Maybe an instruction screen explaining about the different colors and no multiple clicks etc..

So I reviewed your game on my website and another dev chimed in with this helpful info.

C'est pas mal. C'est dommage que ça ne soit pas plus joli.
Which is translated: It's not bad. It's a shame that it is not prettier.

What? I like it- nice an simple! Did you want flowers and bunnies and stuff!? Hahahaha!

Excuse me. It is the second time I spoke you french.... lol.
Yes it is simple, but it is the opportunity to do something really pretty with good colorimetric accordance. RED / BLUE / GREEN is really a bad accordance.
But I was webdesigner in another life, so color / caracters and placement is really important for my eyes.

Again, no problem. Sadly color sensibility escapes me. What three colors would you have chosen? I'm loosely in contact with the developer so I will tell him what you say.

Cool ! It is better to do this kind of remarks in another place than play store ;-)
Well he can try this kind of tools to create a better color harmony :
https://kuler.adobe.com/#themes/rating?time=30
Color Explorer • Color Matching

A basic rule is : use 2 or 3 colors is a maximum.
Keep in mind to have the same hue and saturation for these colors.
If you use a colorimetric contrast decrease the saturation of solid color and increase the saturation of dynamic one.
The dynamic color should be used as little spots, not for big components.
The using of 3 oposite colors is really complicated. Prefer playing with analogous tone. Then you can choose a complementary color (opposite in colorimetric contrast) to use by little touch.

I really like that kuler link. Mayhaps you'll like some of those color combinations.
