Wish Shift empty raw

I would be great it the Ide could read that the curent row is emty and do a automatic shift up when you click back key

Ex :

         if condition then
            'test
         else
      


                                     cursor is here,  i press back key to get the "end if statement" upwards
                    'this is empty stack that would have to automaticaly shift up when pressing back key

            end if

I did get used to back key and I find myself using it prety much
