show other phone number in call

I would like to enable a phone call from the person doing another show different phone number from my number, does anyone know if you can?

I use Google voice. This allows me to use ONE additional number when calling from my phone but I think you would like to create your own numbers on the fly.
I'm not sure how to change the caller ID without going through a third party site or App. This might be controlled by your phone carrier. Look around on Google Play on on the Internet. I'm sure you'll find something. You might have to dial out through a website or something like that. I just checked around.
