Android Question Simple action bar submenu

Anyone who can give me link or idea or much better a code on how to make just a SIMPLE actionbar submenu. I have a hard time looking for the code on how to do it. Thank you guys

Thank you DonManfred but when I tried to use the code from that sample it shows an error.. Maybe you need to see my sample. Thanks
