Hi
I started working on a Mini CRM some time ago. One of the things I want to improve on with its help is communication.
For this, I have created email templates. A template helps you define an email that you can send to customers and you can define placeholders, eg {clientname}
Fo example:
With this one I just want to confirm some client information and I sent the first batch just now via EmailJ and my gmail account.
After you define a template, one is able to schedule it to be sent. The emails to be sent then sit on drafts.
As soon as you click send on the template, the app will find all "active" clients and then ask you to confirm if you want to schedule the emails.
Once scheduled, the emails will sit as "drafts" that you can then send in "bulk" or "individually".
My client list is made of people using SithasoDaisy...
And one can send individual scheduled emails per email or in bulk.
For those in this wagon, please be on the lookout for the first email from the SithasoDaisy crm.
