Android Question Sliding Layout back from where it came.

When I load a new Layout (eg. SETUP) from within the MAIN layout, i.e. Activity.LoadLayout("SETUP"), SETUP slides IN from the right side.
How do I make the SETUP slide OUT to the right side again so that I return back to MAIN?
i.e. The equivalent to pressing the BACK BUTTON on the device.
