Hello. I am trying to make an application that sends SMS messages in PDU format using a modem that accepts AT commands, but I need your help to do this correctly.
I found this great article that shows how to decode septets https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/7-bits-encoding.11647/
I would need something like a function that converts a text string to septets and if someone can help me with an example about PDU encoding would be great!
