Softkeyboard quick_fixes problem

Hi

Not sure if I can ask about java Eclipse here

I am try to use quick_fixes in softkeyboard
when phone Locale is English I can see quick_fixes is settings
but when I change Locale / Language no matter what language I select quick_fixes is not in the softkeyboard settings only if Locale is English

can anyone know help me with this Please

show_suggestions and auto_complete are ok
