Android Question [SOLVED]AVDmanager initialization error

Hi,
Recently I install B4A 10.2 on a new computer.
And installed all recommend in SDK Manager.
but when I run avd manager , Some Err message shows:

I reinstall software. and this error still exist.
How to solve the problem ?

And the use of 7-Zip rather than Windows Extract is essential.
