It initialize SD creating a directory structure first time the SD is used. Randomly some directory is created like a file. Infact it contains the directory's structure. I have googled the web for an explanation.

I made some test and read a lot searching for this issue: seems that if SD is not FAT32 this can happen. Yesterday the customer had two devices to prepare and they were able to complete tests with no issue! Thank you again! And for the people celebrating Christmas "Merry Christmas" !
