I was using RDC & JRDC for a few months.
These are my setup :
1) JRDC is using for data collection installed on Raspberry PI2
2) RDC is using for generate reports installed on dekstop PC
3) About 150 devices connected to both servers, but not on the same time
4) I use a log database to temporary receive data from users, from this log, another process happen before updated to the real database
The problem is with the internet connection, when users sent hundreds of data, sometimes, data received on Server side but users didn't receive reply from server, so on users side, sent process was a failed. Users will tried to sent again.
Beside that problem, I didn't encounter any problem, RDC/JRDC is fast and stable, even on RPI 2, seem fine.
