Sorry More Questions? - System Path? And API's

Hello All,

Please be patient with me..

This is my system path:
%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem

I have installed the Android SDK to E:\Android\SDKA
So my path needs to be?
%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;E:\Android\SDKA

Also
I will have Android Tablet early next week with ICS 4.0.3 with display 800X480 @ 160 PPI
Which API's do I select? API 14 or 8 or both

I have already read about configuring the AVD to match my display

O.K on Path, I had seen some references intimating that it should be changed.

O.K on API, will use latest.
