Space X api projects

I was wondering if this great platform is doing anything with the Space X project for the Global Internet at a latency of 45 ms.

Yes. I'm seeing if it will be another (primary?) communications method for my autonomous environmental sensor network. Don't care too much about the latency. Coverage (and cost!) is key.
