Spinner Dropdown List Formatting

Maybe I'm a stupid newbie, but I can't figure out how to change the formatting of the list that opens up when a spinner is clicked.

Can I change things like text color, height of the rows, etc?

If so, how?

You can try something like this:

Spinner1.TextColor = Colors.Red
Spinner1.TextSize = 20
            
Spinner1.Add("Test")

Those changes seem to apply to both the front-end (Spinner itself) AND to the list that opens up. It does not seem to be possible to change formatting for the list only?

I especially need the spacing between the lines of the list that opens to be a bit smaller. Any idea how this can be achieved?

Could it be possible to pass something in Android to set android:dropDownWidth="100dp" for the Spinner?
