Well, I have a website with SSL protocol and not works in android 4.x and devices that has been updated to android 5 from 4.x

how can I fix that?

Android 4.x devices do not support TLS v1.1 / v1.2.

1. You can ignore Android 4 devices as they are very old now.
2. You can configure the server to support TLS v1.0.
