It would be great to have:
1. static variables as in VB6, etc.
2. unsigned variables as in C, C++, etc (in particular - unsigned bytes and integers for easy bit manipulations)
Yes, I know that there are round-about ways of doing this. But having it built into the language would be a great asset.
