is it possible to stream progmem declared array directly without using tmp array, if yes kindly indicate how.

No. You need to read each byte and write it. If you want to read it all to memory then don't use PROGMEM. The point of using PROGMEM is to save memory.

Don't worry about performance. It will be very fast.
