Android Question strings.xml error message

Hi all,
Since a few days, and for the first time, a message pops sayings a jar file is missing for strings.xml.. please see the attached.. apps work fine though.
Any help with explanation appreciated..
. I searched the forum without success.

check the folder (and the strings.xml) and remove the xml when there is no jar for it
