Android Question TabStripViewPager, disable the swipe function in a page

Hi,
I want to disable the swipe function in a page, is there a possibility?

The problem is that this page should be drawn and the swipe function is annoying.

however, what I did is create a boolean to say whether I want them to change.. if they attempt to change and boolean is false then I force them back to this page with a message as to why..

for me its cause they have save settings..

but for you that may not be enough
