How can i take a picture from the camera front or back without preview ?
fmaybe from a service or at least opening an activity for few seconds (without preview).
is that possible ?
yes. set the size of the preview panel to at least 1pixel an place the panel on the activity.
you cannot capture the camera without a running activity.
