Widget Well-Known Member Licensed User Longtime User Oct 15, 2016 #1 If I am in the Designer and click on MyCustomView and there is a problem with its definition, I see a popup message saying something like "Missing Required Field: DisplayName Class: MyCustomView". But this doesn't tell me where the error is located. It would be most helpful if the error msg could also display the Line# (or Key value) so I don't have to search through a couple dozen #DesignerProperty lines. I may have left out a comma after the Key value and is hard to spot. A line# would save me a great deal of time tracking down syntax problems with my custom views. TIA
