Very nice app!!!
A few comments if you don't mind:
1- Center your ad at the bottom and do something about the changing icon (your apps) kind of distracting and makes no sense, add a title or something
2- Add a title to the countdown, to me, seeing that number alone could mean time left? rotations remaining? etc, be a little bit more specific
3- Add a little bit of "eye candy" or color, that grey background makes your app look incomplete and also doesn't look good sometimes when the "instructor" is in shades
4- Add different music tracks
5- At the end of the session add a "Complete" message or something, instead of just displaying some full screen ad.
6- The help button (i), it opens a webview, make the page centered on the screen
7- On Google Play, rotate your screenshots, after looking at them, I needed a workout for my neck
