I saw this picture in an Instagram story yesterday:

Today I looked at the rating again:

That's crazy...

former Big Boss winner Kushal Tondon said he wants Tik Tok to be banned in India primarily because it was made for “useless people who do nothing.”

aren't most platforms like this for the lucky ones?

most influencers don't do much besides creating videos with sponsored products in it or doing sponsored trip reviews.

when I read the article I don't see why they opted for this ban move. it was google who took the video down and not TikTok.

if all loyal tiktok users who didn't review it yet will do it now the score will go up fast again aswell. but with that amount of download it will remain visible no matter what the average score will be.

Here in the name of social media influencing tiktok users are using this platform to spread hate contents, sexual abuse, animal abuse, rape threats, acid attack, and so on. And tiktok app is recommending those videos instead of taking those down.

Here are few of those, take a look,

I was not aware of that. I thought it was just about singing and dancing :)

As one of the articles writers wrote banning the app is not a solution. they will just pick another app for it untill they get banned there aswell.
