Android Question Tiles not loading

I am using Osmdroid to show alarm points on a map and edit position .
My problem is that the tiles are not loading all the time and it very difficult muve center of the map on other loction because map is not showing due to lack of tiles.
The problem persist on wifi and data connection as well even if good internet conection !
Do I have to make any settings in phone regarding cache memory or something ?

In my case I the same, and the maps not seen.

Instead the downloaded file content is as follows:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved
The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: http://tile.openstreetmap.org/12/2050/1335.png

Access Denied.

Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect.

Your cache administrator is webmaster.

Update OSMDroid to fix the issue.
