When do you add your ads to the app ? Do you wait for your 100k users to come or you publish ads from first release ?
***What about all those users that have uninstalled your app ...and might have clicked on your ads wall to get a game ?
As you might have 100k users there are other 1mil installs that could received ads !!
***Another issue is that sometimes having 100k users does not get you any guarantee that the next update will bring you even half of the users to receive ads ...
***I discovered a good practice to add permissions from the first release ...then on upgrade the user will get the message : ... no special permissions to upgrade the app ? please comment ...
