Android Question Timer and ToastMessages Not working in B4xPages

i am trying to use
B4X: 
 ToastMessageShow("ggggggggggg", True)
inside an B4xPages. but is not working and timer is not working too.
i try to declare timer under main, is suppose be declare under
B4X: 
 Process_Globals
