"Tinder" for sorting pictures/(videos) on Windows?

Hello :)
Quick question:

Do any of you know an image/video copying tool for Windows that allows some form of swipe left/right or a hotkey to copy the image viewed to a specified folder? I usually need to go through images to weed out the ones that aren't as great and this would make the task much easier...

I have searched for "yes no image copy tool" and the like so far... if nobody knows about one I will write my own but I wanted to make sure I'm not reinventing the wheel ;)
