Transfer File From Device to PC

Am trying to connect my tablet to my pc with usb to retrieve a file from the tablet. A cannot get the ASUS usb driver to install correctly. Might there be another way to get this file from the device onto my PC?

I think you can use myPhoneExplorer for example, which has the wifi option.

Alternatively, if you have email set up on the tablet, you can simply compose an email message and attach the file and send it to yourself so you can retrieve it on your PC.
