there is/was android beam, but it is/was problematic and will be removed in the next release of android.
i think there is an example here somewhere. search for it. maybe it works.
there is also host emulation where your device pretends to be an nfc card, and another device can
"read" it, but that's even more involved to get working. if your device or the other device has google pay on it,
you will probably not succeed.
you can always transfer your vcard data to an nfc card and hand it to someone to read from their
device. or a little piece of paper with a qr code containing your vcard.
