German Translation of German document (one page)

This may not be the right place, but I need a translation of a hand-written German document.. just the first page.
The document is a letter from Bettina von Arnim to Goethe. She was telling him about Beethoven.
"When I thought about whom I am talking to you, I forgot the whole world....."

Yes Reinhard it is impossible to convey the deep feelings and the spirit of the meaning in English.
I don't know much about French, but Chinese and Arabic are as rich in expression as German.
A friend of mine in China said to me, English is just for spelling!
