Android Question Transliteration, write in english and convert into another language like arabic etc.

Hi Freinds,

I would like to know using API etc. Can we convert text written in one language like english to text in another language with its own fonts like arabic. Words will sound same in both languages. Google API is now not available I guess.

Pls advice.
